USAGE

FEATURES

This evaporator is continuous, auto-control equipment.The thin solution enters from the third-effect section and the concentrated solution discharges from the first-effect section.
The consumption of vapor and cooling water of triple-effect evaporator is one third of that of single-effect evaporator.
It adopts counter-flow operation. The concentrated solution discharged from the
first-effect section will obtain higher concentration since its viscosity lowers due
to higher temperature.
The falling-film evaporator is hard to foaming or scaling.
It may let water in immediately after production ends, cleaning the equipment and internal walls of pipeline with hot water and vapor,or clean in-position(CIP) with chemicals through original pumps and pipelines.
